Prices for the property are per week, regardless of the number of occupants (maximum 4 adults & 2 children) and inclusive of bed linen, guest towels, electric & water. 

Rental periods can start on any day of the week subject to availability.

Please note that rates are calculated on a weekly basis. For holidays of any other duration prices can be adjusted on a pro-rata basis subject to a minimum price of £150 (please contact us for further details)

Changeover days/times for bookings are flexible.

A non-refundable deposit of £75.00 per week is required to secure any booking.

The remaining balance is payable 8 weeks prior to your departure date.

In the event that your deposit is not received within 10 days of our booking confirmation we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

A reminder will be sent via e-mail 10 weeks prior to departure and should the balance not be paid at least 8 weeks prior to departure we reserve the right to cancel your booking. On short-notice bookings (within 8 weeks), the full amount is payable immediately when booking.

A £100.00 refundable security bond is required against loss or breakages incurred within the property. This is required to be paid when paying the final balance. This will be returned in full upon satisfactory inspection of the property. In the event of damage being caused, this will be repaired at the market value. Payment WILL be automatically deducted from the security bond' without negotiation. Should breakages exceed the 'security bond', then further payment will become due immediately by the renters.

There is an additional payment of 45 euros which covers the cleaning of the property; this payment is due when you collect the keys from the keyholder.

We are confident that you will experience a most enjoyable holiday, as we mainly operate by word of mouth and would welcome feedback/comments.

Discounts available for repeat bookings.  We also offer a discount off your booking if we receive confirmation/deposit from someone that you have recommended to our property.

Guests are not permitted to smoke within the property.

Pets are not allowed.
